“I have observed Frank's compassion for others, his care for his parents, educating his siblings and others. He is also a voice of reason in a world that has lost some of its traditional values. During one of Frank's trips to visit my family in the sixties, it was his kindness to my younger brother Mahmood who was disabled at birth that made me realize who Frank truly was. Frank found and antique rocking horse in Dacca and made a harness for my brother out of rubber and ropes so that he could exercise his weak muscles.”

“Two words best describe my cousin Frank: kindness and humility. I have witnessed firsthand Frank exhibiting these all-important core values. The very core values I attempt to instill in each of my four children. Whether it's Frank taking my children to FAO Schwartz alone (and that is no easy task), or it's Frank helping one of his clients to my office for a knee or shoulder exam, he has always done it with kindness and humility.”

Thomas E. MacGillivray

“In Francis's quiet and understated manner, I have repeatedly witnessed him as he ensured that all of his family members receive the necessary medical, financial, social, and spiritual resources. Whether it was arranging for comprehensive homecare services, voluntarily paying for his nephew's tuition, making unannounced cross-country visits and frequent late-night phone calls, or spending hours sitting at the bedside of someone, he's always done the right thing without fanfare or attention."

“Having known Francis for more than 25 years, I can say that he has become a big part of my immediate family. My six children consider him an uncle. Francis and I have regularly worked with each other regarding a number of transnational legal issues involving both trust and estates law as well as corporate and finance matters. Long ago, Frank established a reputation in Vaduz as being a courageous man who fought against the remnants of the laws established during the Anschluss (Nazi occupation of Austria). Early in his career he recovered and protected the assets for a family of Holocaust survivors. He has sustained many of these families through their political crisis as well as personal strife. It has always been remarkable to me that an American fiduciary could be so central to these families that have no American connection. The European families he has guided, some for many decades, hold him in the greatest esteem, not only for skill but in particular for the humanity with which he always tries to reconcile differences without causing legal harm.”
